Cancellation/Refund

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Ankerite – you can return all items within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 24 hours from the time of delivery. You will have to ship the product to our address. After proper inspection of the product, if we find it in the same condition as we had sent it, we will process a refund from our end.

If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment within 3-4 days of delivery. In the case of Cash on Delivery as a mode of payment, you will have to send your account details on ankeritenutrition@gmail.com in this format and then we will issue a refund –
